Family Fresh Meals was asked to try & review Peeled Snacks… a great organic fruit snack for everyone to enjoy! So I decided to make a bento showing off this great product.

Bento Love: Showers & Peeled Flowers
Bed of blue rice, topped with a mozzarella cloud and rain drops. At the bottom we have quinoa & whole grain brown rice “dirt” with Peel Snacks apricot tulips & cherry& raisin rocks & cucumber tulips petals. On the upper left we have steamed asparagus and a cherry tomato.
Let me tell you a bit about Peeled Snacks. These nutritious snacks are all organic, have no artificial flavors or colors added, and are gluten, wheat, cholesterol and dairy free. Their tag line is “nothing added”, and you can see this when you look at the ingredients. Not only are they are packed with tons of fiber, vitamins and minerals… all the flavors that we tried were AWESOME. Peel Snacks sent Family Fresh Meals 3 packs to try. Apricot -A-Lot, Much-Ado-About-Mango & The Farmer’s Market Trio (apple, cherry, raisin) I really loved the Farmer’s Market Trio & the Apricot-a-Lot. The girls really did enjoy them all, but I could tell their favorite was the Much-Ado-About-Mango. That was the first bag to disappear :)
Family Fresh Meals gives these on-the-go snacks a 10 out of 10 on the yummy meter! The only complaint I have is that the single servings packages do not reseal (like a built in ziplock) The single serving is technically 1 serving of fruit, so the idea is that you would finish the bag in one sitting, but it would be nice to be able to reseal the package. The Farmer’s Market Trio is a family size, holding 3 servings, and does have the ziplock closing at the top…. so I am stoked about that.
