  1. Just have to say that your printable recipe option is wonderful!-perfect fit for the recipe box!

    1. OMG.. it is SO good! Thank YOU 🙂 XO

    2. I tried this dip and everyone loved it , but it seemed a little to dry and I felt like it needed salt

  2. Keeley McGuire says:

Good golly, this sounds crazy filling but absolutely delicious. HAHA 🙂
    AWESOME as always!

    1. OMG Keeley….it is so. I kept saying I was only going to have 1 more bite. 10 bites later….hehe

  3. Love the family photo! I will definitely be giving the vegetarian version a whirl! Look sinful and delicious!

    1. Awesome Sarah! We used Trader Joe’s fake ground beef and it worked out GREAT! Man, could I go for some more right about now 🙂 XO

  4. I am wondering when you say Mrs . Dash salt free seasoning (or any seasoning) what flavor did you use? I think there are a few Mrs. Dash and I was just wondering which one you used. Any help would be appreciated.

    1. Hey Nancy! I used Mrs. Dash Table blend. But any of those “all purpose” seasons will work. That is just what I had on hand. Potatoes, cheese and ground beef are all pretty bland, so you just need something to add seasoning 🙂 Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂 XO

  5. Pictures look great – one question: how does the dip hold up sitting on the counter at a party? will it congeal?

    1. Even out of the oven it is a thicker dip, so I wouldn’t say it congeals, but stays the same consistency. I thought it tasted great the whole time it was out. Hope that helps Belle. XO

      1. That’s what I wanted to hear–I will be taking this to our neighbor’s Super Bowl party. As much for me as for everyone else! Thanks!

  6. Michelle P says:

Hi is there anything I could substitute the sour cream with?? 🙂

    1. You could try Greek yogurt! The non flavored kind, of course.

  7. Hey, if you think it’s bland, saute some diced onions in butter, throw in a small amount of diced garlic, then mix that in before baking. Or, try layering some Durkee dried onions under the cheese before baking. Either way is really delicious!

  8. Reading the ingredients is already making my mouth water! Definitely making this for a birthday party were having tonight. Question though… What chips, crackers, etc did you eat with this? Just trying to get some ideas of what it goes good with. Thanks! 🙂

    1. We have used a ton of different kids of crackers. I am a fan of a Triscuit type cracker. Have you seen the flip-side crackers? One side is a pretzel…so yummy with this. You just need to stick with a sturdy cracker or tortilla chip 🙂 Hope that helps! Enjoy 🙂
