Buffalo Tater Tot Bites - Family Fresh Meals

Who do you think would win in the battle of baked spuds….french fries or tater tots?  I’m team tater tot for life!

Now if you love tots as much as I do, you are gonna fall in love with these Buffalo Tater Tot Bites. These small bites pack so much flavor and are super easy to make.  The combo of sweet heat, tangy cheese and cool crunchy celery makes this an unforgettable appetizer.

Some people are not a huge fan of blue cheese. Feel free to substitute with a milder cheese or just serve the tots alone.

  1. We are huge wing fans here! We are also in your club of tator tot fans. This recipe is a great combo of the two. Can’t wait to try it! Sounds delicious!!

  2. WoW! What a great idea. The pieces of bleu cheese will make this great. And it’s vegetarian too.

  3. So…I just made these and followed the recipe exactly. I got news for you; they’re great! My new favorite. As a matter of fact, I have now officially switched teams thanks to this recipe. I used to be team French-fry. I will now forever be team Tater-tot!
I’ve actually never tried Frank’s redHot and I like it. The sauce wasn’t spicy and I’d imagine these treats would be kid-friendly because they were more sweet and savory than hot.
