Another week has gone by and I have a whole new set of lunches to share with you! This week I have included a couple school lunches AND a couple lunches I packed for myself. Not only is it easy to get stuck in a school lunch rut, but a work lunch rut too. So hopefully these ideas will help with that 🙂

I hope enjoy my School and Work Lunchbox Ideas for this week!

{Work Lunch} Let me start by saying, this REALLY is the best bbq chicken recipe. Please head over to my BBQ Chicken Recipe and see what people are saying after they’ve made it. SO YUMMY, way easy! We rarely have leftovers, but when we do, I love to pack up a big, beautiful bbq sandwich. Here I also packed some fresh veggies and strawberries.

{School Lunch} I wanted to show you how easy it is to “cute-up” a lunch. With just a couple food picks, you can easily turn a boring lunch into WOW!  Here I packed a muffin top, turkey sausage, pretzels, celery and blueberries. Packed in a PlanetBox

{School Lunch} Leftover pizza for lunch goes over much better in my house when I make pizza bites. Leftover pizza…BORING. Pizza bites…FUN! haha. I also have some pistachios, fresh fruit and olives packed along with the bites.  Packed in an EasyLunchboxes container

{Work/School Lunch} I actually packed us all same lunch this day. Have you tried my Cowboy Caviar yet? It’s healthy, yummy and my kids think it’s fun to “eat SO many colors in one bite.”  Here I also included a protein bar, chips for dipping in the Cowboy Caviar and blueberries.  Packed in an EasyLunchboxes container

{School Lunch} Last but not least are this cute mini heart sandwiches. They are filled with cream cheese and jelly, YUM!  I also packed some popcorn chips, turkey sausages, carrot coins and fresh raspberries.  Packed in a LunchBot Trio

Hi Corey, your Planet Box lunch is so inspiring. I like your celery and blueberries combination especially. My preschoolers totally rejected their first fresh celery offering in a lunchbox last week, but perhaps slices over sticks and a yummy fruit might change the tide–not giving up!

    1. Yay Katharine! Let us know how it goes 🙂 If they reject it again, just come back to it again in a month… you just never know!

  2. Actually made this BBQ chicken today – delicious!!!

  3. Do you have a way to keep the sandwich warm? My son will only eat the sandwich if it’s warm.

    1. How about foil or using a shorter round thermos… like this one, and just cutting the sandwich in a circle.
