Red White & Blue Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Talk about fun, easy and DELICIOUS! These will make the perfect healthy dessert to take to any of your parties this weekend 🙂

How to make Red, White & Blue Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  1. Pour half the bag of chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl.White chocolate Chips in a small glass dish
  2. Microwave on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.Melted White chocolate Chips in a small glass dish, with a spoon stirring
  3. Wash and dry strawberries. Once dry, dip 2/3 of the strawberry in the white chocolate.strawberry being dipped in to melted white chocolate
  4.  Place strawberries on wax paper to dry. After you have dipped all of your strawberries, heat up the remaining chocolate chips.plain white chocolate covered strawberries set on parchment paper
  5.  The first chocolate coat on the strawberry should be starting to harden. Re dip the lower 1/3 of the strawberry and then cover in blue sprinkles.adding light blue sugar sprinkles to the lower part of strawberries

Ingredients
 

  • - 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • - 16 oz strawberries
  • - blue sugar sprinkles

Instructions

  • Pour half the bag of chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl.
  • Microwave on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Wash and dry strawberries. Once dry, dip 2/3 of the strawberry in the white chocolate.
  • Place strawberries on wax paper to dry. After you have dipped all of your strawberries, heat up the remaining chocolate chips.
  • The first chocolate coat on the strawberry should be starting to harden. Re dip the lower 1/3 of the strawberry and then cover in blue sprinkles.
  • Place strawberries back on wax paper and refrigerate for 8 hours to harden chocolate completely.
