Bento Love: Pumpkin Harvest
Pumpkin cup is filled with quinoa & whole grain brown rice, topped with cheese cut outs. Steamed broccoli and cherry tomatoes surround the pumpkin.
In the upper right corner are string cheese and pear slices. On the left side are dried fruit and whole grain crackers.
The girls loved all the colors in this box. I have been teaching them the importance of trying to eat a rainbow of colors at every meal.
So, besides enjoying eating this meal, they had fun picking out all the different colors they were eating.
