Easy Halloween Cookies

Last February I made some Easy Valentine’s Day cookies,  and they were such a HUGE hit, I thought it would be great to use the same idea, but for Halloween. These Easy Halloween Cookies are a cinch to make and are the perfect cookies to have the kids make with you.

Here is what you need to make these Easy Halloween Cookies

  • white melting chocolate or white chocolate chips
  • wafer cookies
  • variety of Halloween sprinkles
  • parchment or wax paper

 

  1. Start by melting your chocolate as directed on package.  Once chocolate is melted, dip the top half of a wafer cookie.Hand dipping a wafer cookie into melted chocolate
  2. Quickly sprinkle on your sprinkles.Adding Halloween themed sprinkles to the top of the wafer cookie
  3. Place on baking sheet lined with wax or parchment papers to dry. Our cookies were totally dry within 35 minutes. But this may vary on what melting chocolate you use.
