Pull Apart Pizza Bread

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: pizza is the perfect party fare. It’s popular with everyone, from Grandpa and Grandma down to the smallest youngsters – and you can eat it with your fingers.

Unfortunately, you can’t serve it with your fingers. When you make a homemade pizza for a party, getting it sliced up and dished out turns into a big production. Those little pizza wheels never seem to do as quick and neat a job of cutting it as they’re supposed to – and there’s always someone who wants a bigger piece or a smaller one, so you have to fiddle around trying to cut pieces to measure.

This Pull Apart Pizza Bread is the perfect solution. You just put the whole loaf out on the table, and people grab pieces with their fingers – no utensils needed. Because it’s in little pull-apart chunks, they can pull off exactly as big a piece as they want. And digging right in with the rest of the group just adds to the fun.

As a bonus, the toppings are baked inside the bread instead of on top, so there’s no risk they’ll spill off onto your carpet. Which means cleanup is also a lot more fun, or at least less work.
