  1. How do you prevent the avocado from turning brown?

    1. I like to add lemon juice to help with browning

  2. Do the kids eat these cold?

    1. Mine do, but it depends on your kid’s taste 🙂 Kinda like cold pizza. Some people love it, some people hate it. You can also wrap the quesadillas in foil to retain some of the heat.
