Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana (or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoons cinnamon ( or 2-3 drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil)
  • 1 cup milk (almond or coconut milk is also fine)
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy. Serve and enjoy!
