Ingredients
  • MAKES 1 large or 2 small bowls
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk or cow’s milk
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon creamy cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Toppings:
  • cashews, strawberries, coconut, and dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
  1. Place the banana, milk, cashew butter, strawberries, honey, and cocoa powder in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with cashews, strawberries, coconut, and dark chocolate chunks.
