Cheesy Sausage Dip

This Cheesy Sausage Dip recipe is so hearty, it’s practically a meal in itself. All it needs is your favorite dippers, like chips, pretzels or celery!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz shredded muenster cheese
  • 14.5 ounce can Rotel DO NOT DRAIN

Instructions

  • Over a medium high heat, cook sausage until browned, breaking apart the meat as you cook. As meat begins to brown, and in Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powder. Once meat is cooked (no pink left), drain off grease.
  • Return pan back to the stove. Turn heat down to medium. Add in sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar, muenster and Rotel (don't drain) and stir frequently until cream cheese is completely melted and well combined.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers. Frito Scoops, Tortilla chips, or celery!
