- 2.5 pound pork loin fillet or 2 tenderloins
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper
- Add soup mix, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to bottom of crockpot and whisk to combine.
- Place pork into crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Spoon your sauce over pork loin and cut and serve with juices.
