- 4 squares graham crackers 2 long sleeves
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt you can us plain, just add 1/2 tsp vanilla to the mix
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk regular milk, or coconut milk would also work
- 1 TB chia seed
- optional whipped cream topping
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with optional whipped cream and enjoy!
