- 12 eggs
- 1 cup water
- Carefully place your eggs on the trivet in your instant pot.
- Pour one cup of water into the bottom of the pot. Pressure cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Let the Instant Pot do a natural release for 5 minutes and then a quick release of remaining pressure. Immediately place eggs in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Let the eggs sit in the ice bath for 5 minutes to cool down.
- Peel eggs under cold running water.
