Ingredients

  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 ¼ t cinnamon
  • ½ t nutmeg
  • ½ t salt
  • ¼ t ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 1 9" pie crust unbaked

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Mix ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined. Pour mixture into an unbaked 9” pie crust.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 425 and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes more.
  • Let pie cool. Serve topped with whipped cream
