- 3 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 oz of beer
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix until well combined.
Mix in beer. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Pour melted butter over batter.
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes
