Cilantro Lime French Fries

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of frozen or fresh cut fries
  • 3 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 lime wedge

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Season fries with seasonings, squeeze lime juice and toss gently.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until desired crispiness. I recommend tossing fries halfway through cooking to make sure fries are evenly cooked.
