Microwave half the chocolate and 6 Tablespoons of butter and your water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes, or until butter has melted. Stir mixture until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well combined.
Add dry pudding mix to your chocolate mixture and whisk for 2 minutes. Next, add sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until well blended.

Press mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
Microwave the remaining chocolate and butter in small microwaveable bowl for 1-1/2 minutes. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Spread evenly over the fudge layer in pan.
Sprinkle with marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate fudge for 2 hours or until firm.
Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
