The Best Homemade Poppy Seed Dressing

My Homemade Poppy Seed Dressing. It's a quick little dressing that goes great with my new Apple Walnut Goat Cheese Salad...or any other green salads!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • In a food processor or small blender, combine all ingredients EXCEPT for the poppy seeds. Pulse food processor/blender until ingredients are well combined. Stir in poppy seeds until well combined. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Store in a sealed container, refrigerated.
