My Homemade Poppy Seed Dressing. It's a quick little dressing that goes great with my new Apple Walnut Goat Cheese Salad...or any other green salads!

- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
In a food processor or small blender, combine all ingredients EXCEPT for the poppy seeds. Pulse food processor/blender until ingredients are well combined. Stir in poppy seeds until well combined. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Store in a sealed container, refrigerated.
