My Bacon Ranch Potatoes Grill Foil Packet are a twist on the classic loaded baked potato, except instead of cooking the whole potato on the grill!

- 2 lb potatoes
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 5 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
- ½ cup cheddar shredded
- 2 Tablespoons parsley chopped
- ¼ cups onion thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- as desired salt and pepper
Preheat grill to 350 or medium heat. Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch slices. After slicing, rinse in water quickly and pat dry.
Spray the foil with non-stick spray. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, onions, ¾ of the ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Mix well and place potato mixture in the center of the foil.
Top the potatoes with bacon and cheddar, and seal in the foil. Grill the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, with lid closed. flipping once through the process, ¾ of the way through.
Remove from grill after cooking time is up and let sit for 5 minutes. Upon serving, spoon remaining ranch dressing on top of the potatoes, and garnish with parsley.
NOTE: You can cook these in the oven if you would like. To do so, preheat oven to 425 degrees and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
