- 1 lb of your favorite grilling steak
- 1/2 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard yellow or Dijon
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- Pepper as desired
- 1-2 garlic cloves minced
- 5 slices of bacon cooked and diced
- 6-8 Cups Salad/Lettuce
- ¼ Red onion sliced
- 1/2 cup favorite vinaigrette or creamy dressing
Preheat grill to hight heat. Season steak with seasoned salt. In a bowl, combine oil, pepper, mustard, soy sauce and garlic. Mix well.
With a brush, brush one side of the steak with the mustard marinade.
Place on hot grill and cover with the lid. It may flare up, but the flames will die down quickly.
Cook approximately 4 – 5 minutes. Flip the steak and grill another 4 – 5 minutes.
Remove the steak and let it rest 5 minutes on a cutting board. Meanwhile, in a large shallow platter, place the lettuce/salad greens and red onion. Slice the steak against the grain, in long diagonal slices. Arrange the pieces on the platter, drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
