HEALTHY BANANA BREAD SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon or 2-3 drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
  • 1 cup milk almond or coconut milk is also fine
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy. Serve and enjoy!
