Ingredients

frozen banana
or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh
1/4
cup
rolled oats
1/4
teaspoons
cinnamon
or 2-3 drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

cup
milk
almond or coconut milk is also fine
1/2
cup
vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy. Serve and enjoy!
