- 4 salmon filets
- 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 stick
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- lemon slices for garnish optional
In a large bowl, combine butter, honey, mustard powder, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Add salmon fillets to the bowl of marinade making sure that each filet is completely coated in marinade.
Cover the bowl and place it in a refrigerator for 15-45 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill salmon filets for about 6 minutes on each side or until it is cooked throughout and flakes easily.
Serve warm with lemon slices for added flavor.
