Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 stick
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • lemon slices for garnish optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine butter, honey, mustard powder, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Add salmon fillets to the bowl of marinade making sure that each filet is completely coated in marinade.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in a refrigerator for 15-45 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill salmon filets for about 6 minutes on each side or until it is cooked throughout and flakes easily.
  • Serve warm with lemon slices for added flavor.
