Pinecone Holiday Cheese Ball

Would you believe me if I told you that at holiday dinner the cheese ball will be the talk of the dinner. The pinecone holiday cheeseball will be a showstopper.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Blocks Cream cheese (2- 8oz blocks)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup White cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 & 1/3 cup Almonds slices

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise with a handheld mixer, until light and fluffy.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
  • Cover the mixing bowl with saran wrap and chill for 4 hours up to overnight.
  • Remove cheese from the mixing bowl and form 2 oval shapes and lay on a cutting board or serving platter.
  • Place sliced almonds at an angle starting at the bottom of the cheese ball working your way up until the cheese ball is covered in sliced almonds.
  • Place herbs such as thyme, oregano, or even rosemary, as stems and cranberries on top before serving.
