- 16 oz Blocks Cream cheese (2- 8oz blocks)
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup White cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dill
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 & 1/3 cup Almonds slices
In a mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise with a handheld mixer, until light and fluffy.
Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover the mixing bowl with saran wrap and chill for 4 hours up to overnight.
Remove cheese from the mixing bowl and form 2 oval shapes and lay on a cutting board or serving platter.
Place sliced almonds at an angle starting at the bottom of the cheese ball working your way up until the cheese ball is covered in sliced almonds.
Place herbs such as thyme, oregano, or even rosemary, as stems and cranberries on top before serving.
