Air Fryer Candied Pecans

These Air Fryer Candied Pecans are absolutely irresistible little morsels coated with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 7 oz pecan halves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In the bowl of your mixture, whip up the egg whites until they are light and fluffy.
  • Gently fold the pecans into the egg whites. Stir in the sugars, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Place the mixture into the basket of the air fryer. Turn the air fryer on to 325°F for 8 minutes; halfway through, stir the pecans.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone liner. Spread the nuts on the pan and spread them out into a single layer. Allow the pecans to cool for 15 minutes.
  • Store in an air-tight container.
