Instructions
Cook bacon till it is slightly crispy, so that it will go onto the skewer without breaking.
Skewer the bread, turkey, avocado, lettuce, cheese, bacon and tomato till full.
Divide ingredients between your 4 lunchboxes.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use within 2-3 days.
