- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper diced
- 30 ounce can of sloppy joe sauce
- 10.5 ounce can of cheddar cheese soup
- 16 ounce box of pasta
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 & 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
In a large skillet, brown your ground beef with the onions and bell peppers. Season it with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Drain any remaining grease.
In your crockpot, add your pasta, can of sloppy joe mix, cheddar cheese soup, and cooked ground beef mixture. Stir to combine.
Cook on high for 1 hour and then stir in ½ cup of shredded cheese. Top the noodles with the remaining shredded cheese and cook for 30 minutes more, till the noodles are tender.
