Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 30 ounce can of sloppy joe sauce
  • 10.5 ounce can of cheddar cheese soup
  • 16 ounce box of pasta
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 & 1/2 cups of shredded cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, brown your ground beef with the onions and bell peppers. Season it with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Drain any remaining grease.
  • In your crockpot, add your pasta, can of sloppy joe mix, cheddar cheese soup, and cooked ground beef mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Cook on high for 1 hour and then stir in ½ cup of shredded cheese. Top the noodles with the remaining shredded cheese and cook for 30 minutes more, till the noodles are tender.
  • Serve and enjoy.
