Brown Sugar Syrup
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Iced Coffee
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup espresso or dark roast coffee
- 2 tbsp brown sugar syrup
- Frothed oat milk to top
- Cinnamon for dusting
In a small saucepan, combine water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Once brown sugar has completely dissolved, take off heat and set aside to cool.
After filling a glass with ice, pour oat milk and espresso/coffee on top. Stir then add in your cooled brown sugar syrup.
Top with frothed oat milk and dust with a hint of cinnamon. Enjoy!
