  • 2 large tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of white onions, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped basil ribbons
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • In a small bowl mix it all together. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before using.
