Shamrock Pretzels
To create these shamrock pretzels, you will sit 3 next to each other so the sides touch. The melted chocolate will act like a glue and hold them together!

- Green candy melts
- Mini pretzel twists 3 per pop
- Paper lollipop sticks
- Green candy optional
Add about 1 cup of green candy melts to a microwave safe dish. Heat the candy for 1 minute. Mix and
heat again for 30 seconds at a time until creamy and smooth.
Scoop up a spoonful of melted chocolate, lay a pretzel on the spoon, flip it over to coat the other side.
Place on sheet pan. Continue with each pretzel, placing them in the shamrock pattern mentioned above.
Dip the lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and place it in the middle of the 3 pretzels. Press a green
candy down onto the middle if desired.
Place in the freezer for about 5 minutes. A slight tap of the pan on the counter will jar the pops loose.
