- 2.5 pound pork loin fillet or 2 tenderloins
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper
Add soup mix, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to bottom of crockpot and whisk to combine.
Place pork into crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Spoon your sauce over pork loin and cut and serve with juices.
