Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 TB honey
  • 1 TB Chia or Flax Seed
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt.
