Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh kale or baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal dry oats
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1-2 Tablespoon honey if you like your smoothie a little sweeter, use 2 TB
  • 1 cup water
