Ingredients
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 1 ¼ t cinnamon
- ½ t nutmeg
- ½ t salt
- ¼ t ginger
- 2 eggs
- 10 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 15 oz canned pumpkin
- 1 9" pie crust unbaked
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined. Pour mixture into an unbaked 9” pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes at 425 and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes more.
- Let pie cool. Serve topped with whipped cream
