Easy Mediterranean Lunchbox Idea

This Easy Mediterranean Lunchbox has all the flavors of the Mediterranean packed into one healthy easy lunchbox container. Perfect for school or work lunch!

  • 2 Pitas cut in quarters
  • 1 cup of hummus
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 4 Grilled chicken breast
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup black olives


  • Season and grill your chicken to your liking or use any leftover chicken you have already prepped. For this lunch I just seasoned it with salt and pepper and some fresh lemon juice. It pairs really well with the hummus and is nice and light.
