Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

  • 16 oz cooked pasta
  • 2 cups precooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped


  • Start by whisking together hot sauce, oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt until well combined.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, blue cheese, carrots, and celery. Slowly mix in dressing, stirring until everything is well coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
