Buffalo Chicken Bombs

These Buffalo Chicken Bombs are a great appetizer or light dinner idea. Stuffed with chicken, and cheese, and baked until golden brown.

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2-3 Tbs hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 8 count can biscuits
  • Butter for brushing
  • Parsley for sprinkling
  • optional ranch dressing to drizzle


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a cooking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
  • In bowl mix together your chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce and cheddar cheese until combined, set aside.
  • Flatten each biscuit until about 4-5" inches wide and using a cookie scoop, scoop chicken mixture into middle of each biscuit. Pull sides together and seal tightly.
  • Place seem side down on cooking sheet and brush with some melted butter. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Brush with more butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
