Buffalo Chicken Bombs
These Buffalo Chicken Bombs are a great appetizer or light dinner idea. Stuffed with chicken, and cheese, and baked until golden brown.

- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2-3 Tbs hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 8 count can biscuits
- Butter for brushing
- Parsley for sprinkling
- optional ranch dressing to drizzle
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a cooking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In bowl mix together your chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce and cheddar cheese until combined, set aside.
Flatten each biscuit until about 4-5" inches wide and using a cookie scoop, scoop chicken mixture into middle of each biscuit. Pull sides together and seal tightly.
Place seem side down on cooking sheet and brush with some melted butter. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Brush with more butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
