- 16 ounces of frozen or fresh cut fries
- 3 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon of oregano
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of cumin
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 lime wedge
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Season fries with seasonings, squeeze lime juice and toss gently.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until desired crispiness. I recommend tossing fries halfway through cooking to make sure fries are evenly cooked.
