Ingredients

  • 12 oz Salmon filet cut into two oz filets
  • 2 TBSP Unsalted Butter
  • ½ TBSP fresh chopped dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray I use the extra virgin olive oil kind
  • Squeeze of lemon at the end optional

Instructions

  • Brush your salmon filets with butter, then season with salt, pepper and dill
  • Spray your air fryer basket with the nonstick cooking spray and place your filets in the basket so that they are not touching.
  • Place your basket in the air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees and set the timer according to how well done you like your salmon.

Notes

The internal cooking temperature for salmon is 145 degrees and it took the entire 11 minutes for my filets to reach that temperature but it was well done.
Once cooked, squeeze fresh lemon on them if desired and plate with your favorite sides.
