- 8 oz of cream cheese brought to room temp
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup each of Lindsay green olives & black olives
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tbsp of chopped fire roasted peppers
- 6 slices of salami about 1.5 oz diced
1.Place ingredients into mixing bowl.
2.Using an electric mixer/stand mixer, mix until well combined.
For best results, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors well.
