Wouldn't it be fun to wake up on the 4th to this healthy 4th of July Breakfast? And talk about easy! It's also PERFECT for Memorial Day or Labor Day.

  • 2 slices oast
  • 2 TB jam
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/3 cup blueberries


  • Spread 1 TB of jam on each piece of toast. Arrange blueberries and banana slices on toast to from a flag. Enjoy!
