- 3 cups Iceberg lettuce chopped
- 3 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 4 slices of provolone cheese cut into strips,
- 4 slices of hard salami cut into strips
- 1 cup of croutons
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts drained and roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup of red onion cut into thin slices,
- 1/3 cup of black olives
- 1/3 cup peperoncini
- Italian dressing or vinaigrette OR my Copycat Olive Garden dressing.
- Gently mix together ingredients and drizzle dressing over salad. Toss until salad is evenly coated.
