- 5-6 cups of good roasting veggies such as cauliflower, brussels sprouts, carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes and onions
- 1 Tablespoon of dry ranch seasoning I have a homemade recipe HERE
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 3-4 Tablespoons of olive oil
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Roast veggies on 400 °F uncovered for 10 mins. Stir once and then cover veggies with a piece of foil. Continue to roast for 10 more mins covered.
