Easy Ranch Roasted Vegetables

I love these Easy Ranch Roasted Vegetables recipe. The seasoning makes a great pairing with veggies, punching up their flavor with a zesty kick.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 cups of good roasting veggies such as cauliflower, brussels sprouts, carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes and onions
  • 1 Tablespoon of dry ranch seasoning I have a homemade recipe HERE
  • 2-3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3-4 Tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Roast veggies on 400 °F uncovered for 10 mins. Stir once and then cover veggies with a piece of foil. Continue to roast for 10 more mins covered.
