Turkey and Red Pepper Egg Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped turkey
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 TBSP chopped onion
  • ½ cup of cheese
  • 2 TBSP milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spray a muffin tin and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Divide the turkey into the 6 muffin tins. Top with the red peppers and onion.
  • Scramble your eggs and divide them in the muffin tin. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, till set.
