Italian Sub Roll Ups Lunch Box Idea

You can still have all the flavor of your favorite sub that’s small enough for your lunchbox. Just ditch that big sub roll for a tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 4 soft tortilla soft shell size
  • 6 T mayo
  • 8 slices provolone
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices salami
  • 4 T chopped banana pepper
  • 1 roasted red pepper chopped
  • 6 oz kalamata olives
  • 4 apples sliced

Instructions

  • Assemble roll ups using tortillas, mayo, cheese, ham, pepperoni, salami, banana peppers, and roasted red peppers.
  • Divide ingredients between your 4 lunchboxes.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use within 2-3 days.
