Mummy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 French bread loaf
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 mozzarella string cheese sticks Black olive halves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Cut French bread in half then lengthwise. Slice each half into 2-inch pieces. Place bread slices on
  • baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl mix together butter, parsley, garlic, and salt.
  • Spread garlic butter over each slice of bread.
  • Bake garlic bread in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  • Peel string cheese into thin strips. Place cheese over garlic bread as if it was a mummy.
  • Place two black olive halves on top of the garlic bread as eyes.
  • Place baking sheet back in the preheated oven for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
