- 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 Tablespoons brown sugar divided
- 3 cups seedless green grapes
- 3 cups seedless red grapes
- ¼ cup pecans chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Heath toffee pieces or chopped candy bar
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, and 3 Tablespoons of brown sugar. Using a hand mixer, beat until well combined.
Add the grapes to the bowl and fold in with a mixing spoon.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, pecans, walnuts and heath pieces. Sprinkle over the grape salad.
