MAKES 1 large or 2 small bowls
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk or cow’s milk
- ½ cup strawberries
- 2 tablespoon creamy cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon honey or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Toppings:
- cashews strawberries, coconut, and dark chocolate chunks
Place the banana, milk, cashew butter, strawberries, honey, and cocoa powder in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with cashews, strawberries, coconut, and dark chocolate chunks.
