Trick’em with this yummy treat!
Sorry if this is too soon for some of you, but my family LOVES candy corn. As soon as it hits the stores, I have a one track mind….a candy corn mind. Instead of letting the girls snack on a TON of candy corn, I make this fun and healthy Halloween snack Candy Corn Fruit Cocktail.
The sweet tooth is satisfied with some fresh pineapple, oranges and whipped cream, while the couple pieces of candy corn on top, make the girls feel like they just ate a big bowl of candy!
These fun fruit cups would also make a great Halloween Party treat. I suggest you keep them in the fridge until ready to serve. This will help the whipped cream from melting.

I am the youngest, (age 55), permanent year-round resident in our 55-Plus RV Park in deep southern Texas. We have our Halloween Party coming up, and almost everyone turns out in Costume. We may not be kids anymore, but this idea would be a scene stealer on the tables for dessert!! Great idea!! 😀

I love this!! I’d put vanilla banana ice cream as the topping or vanilla Greek style yogurt. Yum.

You know that whipped cream is not actually healthy, right? *Shakes head*
NotBad says
Whipped cream isn’t unhealthy. 2 tablespoons of Reddi-Whip is only 15 calories and has less than 1g of sugar. It doesn’t have any nutritional value but you’re not committing a health sin if you top your fruit with it.

I changed out the whipped cream for yogurt. It then became a healthy breakfast!! http://threemenandaprincess.blogspot.com/2014/10/healthy-candy-corn-breakfast.html

LOVE THIS! WHAT FRUITS COULD I PUT TOGETHER TO MAKE THIS GO WITH MY DAUGHTER’S MERMAID THEME BIRTHDAY PARTY? I WAS THINKING THAT I WOULD USE A MERMAID TAIL ON TOP.

Love this idea! It would work with canned mandarins and pineapple, too!

Awesome! That’s the route I wanted to take for my daughter’s halloween party! ?
Sandra says
I made these for a Halloween themed treat day at work and they were a hit! I wanted to make sure anyone could have them (so no dairy) and found that coconut whipped cream pairs *perfect* with these flavours!
Jana says
I would use a can of mandarin orange sections. Easier than using orange
Ashley says
I’d sprinkle a little sweetened coconut just on top of the whipped cream! Yum!
